Placing photo's as we get them! Topsy Turvy cakes take a lot of construction to make them stable, these cakes due cost more do to the time and construction involved and more cake servings too:) There are 3 layers of cake per tier.. all cakes below are buttercream icing,, unless otherwise stated that they are fondant covered..
